A Day For V.M.I. "I will give all I earn on May 1st to V. M. I. "-Every ex-Cadet WILL YOU? Cavalry and Field Artillery Units OFTHE Reserve Officers' Training Corps have been established at the V. M. I. by the United States Government THE GOVERNMENT WILL FURNISH the horses, forage, equipment and a detail of soldiers to take care of them. THE V. M. I. MUST FURNISH stables and drill grounds AS ALL AVAILABLE FUNDS HAVE BEEN APPROPRIATED V. M. I. Appeals to Her Alumni for $10,000. Every man who has worn the Grey can afford to give ONE DAY'S EARNINGS TO V. M. I. Perhaps you feel that V. M. I. did you two, three or thirty days' worth of good. If so, come across harder. If in doubt regarding your May 1st earnings, make a stab at it. Guess high! On or before May 2d put draft, check, money order or coin of the realm in the enclosed blue envelope and forward it in the stamped and addressed envelope so that results may be announced at the annual alumni-gatherings and elsewhere on May 15th.
